How big are the inflatables?
Our inflatables are 15 x 15 ft. for the jumping area. They are 20 sq. ft. for the outside area.
Will the inflatable fit inside?
The inflatable will fit inside if the ceiling is 16 ft. or taller.
What is your weather policy?
If there is rain, strong winds or snow predicted on the day of your event we have the right to cancel delivery and the rental will not be charged. Once the inflatable is delivered, regardless of weather, there is no refund given. We will inform you of this policy over the phone, in person and/or in writing if there is a chance of bad weather in the forecast. A $50 drying fee may apply at time of delivery and refunded if not needed.
Is there a weight limit?
There is no weight limit. However, we do not recommend mixing children with adults. Slide/combo unit has a weight limit of 160lb per person and height limit of 66" per person.
Is there an age limit?
Kids and adults of all ages can use the inflatables. Again we do not recommend mixing children with adults.
How many can jump at one time?
Children under 8: 9
Children ages 8-12: 6
Older teens: 4
Adults: no more than 4
How does the inflatable inflate/deflate?
The inflatable must be plugged into a 15-20 amp breaker. You can also use a generator. (which can be rented from most hardware stores) There is a blower attached to the back of the inflatable that MUST remain ON while in use. This will inflate and keep it up.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required, but once the inflatable is at the place of destination the amount of one days rental is due.
What is your cancellation policy?
To respect others wishing to rent an inflatable, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice to avoid charges. If you do not notify us and we arrive at the destination, you are responsible for one days rental.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no extra delivery charge if delivered in Dane County. Outside of Dane County, please call for delivery prices. (some delivery charges apply when using coupons/discounts)
Can I pick up inflatable to avoid delivery costs?
Due to liability reasons, we need to ensure proper set up and avoid any unnecesary injuries due to the weight of the inflatable.
How is the inflatable kept in place?
For outdoor use there are stakes in all corners of the inflatable. For indoor use there are sandbags at all corners of the inflatable.
How long does it take to set up/tear down?
About 20 minutes if everything goes smoothly.
Do you provide a person to supervise during the rental period?
You are responsible to have an adult (18 years of age or older) to supervise as we do not provide one.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
As soon as you know your event date call us 608.873.6346. We reserve months in advance. Our peak season is from May-September and on weekends.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at time of delivery. If you prefer to pay ahead of time, you can mail payment to us. At this time we do not take credit cards.
What is the rental period?
We try to let you get the most time as possible depending on the next rental. This will be discussed with you at time of reservation/confirmation.
Can I have my party at a park?
All parks have different rules. It is best to call the park directly and ask them. If you plan to have your party at a park it is best to notify us as soon as possible as some require additional paperwork.

What happens if the inflatable deflates?
Calmly and quickly get all persons out of the inflatable. Make sure that it is plugged in, the blower is ON and connected securely to the inflatable. Check the breaker or switch your outlet.
